Key Elements

Customizable Learning Paths

You can choose from three options based on your desired level of engagement and time commitment: Agile, Flex, and Flex+. The Agile option provides access to slides, labs, and support for hands-on activities. The Flex option includes 21 hours of Virtual Instructor Led Training (ViLT) spread over four weeks, along with the Agile materials. The Flex+ option offers the same as Flex, but also includes the academy experience, providing on-demand learning resources and training on the job.

Hands-on Activities, Labs and Gamification

Our program incorporates hands-on activities and labs that align with the AWS courses you select. These activities are designed to reinforce theoretical concepts and provide practical experience. We leverage the existing hands-on activities provided by AWS to ensure a comprehensive and industry-relevant learning experience. Gamified learning environment helps to develop AWS Cloud skills through simulated use cases in an AWS Management Console sandbox.

Skill Builder Platform

To further enhance your learning journey, we leverage the Skill Builder platform from AWS. The specific modules on this platform will be determined through a discovery workshop with you, allowing us to identify the topics and areas that align with your chosen courses. This ensures a targeted and relevant learning experience.

Mentorship and Coaching

To support participants throughout their learning journey, the program provides access to experienced mentors and coaches. These mentors offer guidance, address individual learning needs, and provide valuable insights into industry trends and best practices.

Engaging Community on Discord

We facilitate a vibrant community on Discord, where you can engage with trainers, experts, and fellow students from your class. This community provides a platform for discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to connect with others who share your interests and can provide valuable insights and support throughout the training.

Three Different Tiers

Agile

The Agile learning path is designed for individuals who prefer a self-paced learning experience. Participants in this path will have access to comprehensive contents, hands-on labs, and support materials. They can progress through the online modules at their own pace, with the flexibility to fit their learning into their schedule. Participants can improve their learning journey by accessing 8 hours of experienced mentors.

Flex

The Flex learning path offers a more structured and interactive learning experience. Participants in this path will have access to course materials and also benefit from 28 hours of Virtual Instructor Led Training (ViLT) spread over four weeks. The ViLT sessions provide live interaction with instructors, allowing participants to ask questions, engage in discussions, and receive guidance.

Flex+

The Flex+ learning path provides the most comprehensive and immersive learning experience. Participants in this path receive all the benefits of the Flex learning path, including the Agile materials and the ViLT sessions. Additionally, they gain access to the academy experience, which offers on-demand learning resources and opportunities for training on the job. This path is ideal for individuals seeking a deep dive into the subject matter and a holistic learning journey.
